Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Systems Analyst to join our team at InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our web-based application systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system analysis and design methodologies
  • Supervise subordinate programmers and ensure timely project delivery
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and load testing to ensure system stability
  • Produce high-quality documentation and assist users in conducting user acceptance testing
  • Provide maintenance and on-going support for DOJ systems
  • Perform other duties as required to support the implementation and maintenance of our systems

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years' experience in development, implementation, and support of web-based application systems
  • Knowledge of Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC), J2EE Development (JDE), Java Beans Development (JVD), and Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA)
  • At least 6 years' experience in Oracle Application Server Admin. and Tuning (OAT)
  • Non-technical skills: at least 8 years' experience in working with the Government and managing and supporting Government systems and services
  • Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
