**Job Summary**:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s risk management framework. This role involves conducting risk assessments, monitoring risk exposure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP). The ERM Analyst works closely with various departments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure its long-term sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:
**ICAAP**
- Prepare and present ICAAP reports to senior management, board committee and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate the bank's capital adequacy under various scenarios.
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to ICAAP processes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Develop and maintain Pillar 2 and Pillar 3 documentation and present results to the Board and OSFI.
- Work closely with risk management, finance, and other departments to identify and mitigate risks that may impact the bank's capital position.

**Credit Stress testing**
- Analyze stress test scenarios, and generate and analyze enterprise commercial and retail credit stress test results (forecast loan losses, risk weighted assets, ECL, etc.).
- Conduct quarterly analysis of credit portfolios to identify potential vulnerabilities and assess the impact of macroeconomic factors on credit quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, board committees, and regulatory authorities, summarizing stress testing results and key findings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management, finance, and business units, to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy in credit risk inputs for stress testing.

**Credit Reporting**
- Optimally process raw risk data to meet the requirement of risk data aggregation.
- Contribute to the preparation and improvement of key risk reports such as Monthly Credit Portfolio Report, Comprehensive Risk Management Report and Credit Risk Management Report.
- Timely complete assigned risk reports with high quality and efficiency to H.O, Board of directors, senior management, and relevant departments.
- Perform risk analysis on organization’s strategies and policies, evaluate risk trends and provide analytical support to senior executives and lending product teams.
- Work with CRO for ad hoc analysis of risk exposures, and forecast any impacts on the Bank.
- Develop / maintain provision related policy / methodology and manage the Bank’s provision related reporting / analysis / monitoring.
- Communicate with other risk owner department frequently and effectively to better implement the ERM function/meet the Parent Bank and the senior management’s requirement.
- Major monthly report: H.O Five tier classification report, impaired loan collection report, Industrial concentration report, CRO Bulletin, five tier classification of assets and provision forecast.
- Major quarterly report: H.O system reports (10 items), Comprehensive risk management report, Credit risk management report, Stress testing report.
- Ad hoc projects assigned.

Qualifications:

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks.
- Experience with ICAAP processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
- Familiarity with risk management software and systems.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
