Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Strathmere Farm Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the food service industry and a strong background in budgeting, staff management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient daily operations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities.

Operations Management

Plan and organize daily operations, monitor revenues, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the food service industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
