Job Title: Workday Integration Developer

Job Summary:

HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our team. As a Workday Integration Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Workday components/interfaces, assisting in the development of training materials, and communicating effectively with colleagues and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Workday components/interfaces to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for end-users.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Architect, recommend, and design systems solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Manage implementation of solutions architected.
  • Represent and ensure end-user interests when implementing functional changes in partnership with vendor partners and technical teams.
  • Participate in system updates and upgrades testing and related activities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday Integration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday components/interfaces and customization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

HCLTech offers a competitive salary range of CAD 80,000 – 83,000, a hybrid work arrangement, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
