Corporate Plant Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Plant Care Specialist to join our team at Ambius Canada Corporation. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities- Perform routine plant care maintenance tasks, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants as needed.
- Service all required plants on specified days, ensuring they are clean and free of dust and debris.
- Maintain and communicate appropriate light conditions and orientation for optimal plant growth.
- Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc., from water and/or moisture.
- Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as necessary.
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients, establishing first-name-based relationships to address their concerns and check in with them regularly.
- Recognize and communicate additional Ambius product needs to grow the business.
- Good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking.
- Independent and dependable.
- Able to solve problems and escalate concerns.
- Able to use a smartphone and company-specific apps, programs, and training modules.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to read and complete online training courses.
- Likes a physical job.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
