Job Summary:

The Ventilation Design Engineer will be responsible for applying technical design principles to create innovative ventilation solutions for kitchens. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test ventilation systems that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ventilation systems for kitchens, including concept development, prototyping, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ventilation systems meet our quality and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and engineering change notices.
  • Participate in product evaluation and validation activities to ensure ventilation systems meet our quality and performance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our ventilation systems remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

  • DEC in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least one year's relevant experience in product development.
  • Knowledge of 3D design software, including CREO (Pro-Engineer).
  • Experience in mechanical design and integration of electromechanical components.
  • Ability to understand complex sets of requirements and apply them to product creation.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite.
