Job Summary:

The Kitchen Ventilation Design Technician plays a crucial role in the development of innovative ventilation systems for residential applications. As a key member of the product development team, this individual will be responsible for designing and testing ventilation systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ventilation systems that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and testing.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and improve product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in product development, preferably in the ventilation industry.
  • Proficiency in 3D design software and CAD tools.
  • Knowledge of product data management systems and engineering change notices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
