Job Summary

Chancellor Park is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a nursing home setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, promote health education, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing services to patients based on assessment and care planning procedures
  • Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with healthcare team members
  • Deliver safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse in the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • Criminal record check, immunization records, and tuberculosis test
Work Environment
