About the Role:

We are seeking a Developmental Service Worker to join our team at Community Living Trent Highlands. As a Developmental Service Worker, you will provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and life skills training to individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support individuals with transportation and travel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community resources

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification
