About the Role

This is a senior-level project coordinator position that involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, coordinate resource allocation, and track progress.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Strong understanding of construction field concepts, practices, and procedures
