About Us: KAPP Infrastructure Inc is a leading construction company that specializes in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.


Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and Quoting: Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Pre-Qualification Submissions: Develop and submit pre-qualification submissions to present clients, highlighting our company's capabilities and expertise.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects, manage changes and adjustments to cost estimates, and maintain project records.
  • Cost Monitoring and Reporting: Set up and maintain cost monitoring systems, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Supply and Trade Contractor Management: Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors, ensuring efficient procurement and delivery of materials.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
