Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Levista Salon Corp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and productivity.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
    • Monitor and control salon expenses, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
    • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop our nail technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the nail industry.
  • Supervision and Support
    • Supervise and support our nail technicians, providing guidance and feedback to help them improve their performance.
    • Ensure that all salon staff are aware of and adhere to our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the beauty or nail industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
