Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor - Delivery Drivers to join our team at Quality Tops & Kitchens Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our products to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
    • Provide guidance and support to drivers to improve productivity and product quality
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule delivery activities to meet customer demands
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed during delivery operations
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on delivery performance and productivity
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to analyze data and implement changes
    • Valid driver's license
  • Work Environment
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
    • Permanent work term
