Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

At Maximum Seafood, we are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare and Review reports on driver performance, including metrics on punctuality, safety, and productivity.
  • Recommend Measures to improve work methods and increase efficiency, working closely with our logistics team to implement changes.
  • Train and Develop our truck drivers, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles, ensuring our fleet is always in good working condition.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, working with our procurement team to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
