About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at The North Transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our delivery drivers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for our drivers and customers.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our delivery drivers, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
