Primary Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive support plans that promote inclusive citizenship and address systemic discrimination.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in social work, nursing, occupational therapy, or a related field. You must have a minimum of five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, with a focus on person-centered planning and support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be able to travel extensively throughout the region or province, under varying weather conditions.
