As part of this exciting evolution, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure initiatives aligned with the City's strategic vision.

Your Role:

  • Spearhead the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and city officials, to foster a cohesive and productive project environment.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress closely, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and making informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and maintain project momentum.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork within project teams, fostering open communication and shared accountability for achieving project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in project management within the infrastructure sector.
  • Registered member of a professional order.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
