Infrastructure and Security Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure and Security projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet our business objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project documentation and workflows
- Control and monitor project progress
- Manage resources and budget
- Other tasks as required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Expert level in Microsoft Office applications, including Project
- Proven experience in delivering successful projects in infrastructure and/or security
- Experience in managing long-term strategic programs for infrastructure and/or security
- Experience with PMO best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Critical thinking, excellent listening skills, and clear communication
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset with sound judgment on balancing patience with urgency
- Able to manage multiple priorities and good judgment where concentration is required
- Must understand priorities and base actions on short- and long-term business needs
- Autonomy is important, but regular progress updates and dashboards will be reviewed
