Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director/VP of Sustainable Energy Services to join our team at Eco Careers LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing projects, and leading a small regional team in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Regional Sales: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead Project Teams: Assemble and lead project teams to deliver high-quality consulting engagements in the renewable energy sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for follow-up work and expanding long-term client relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with colleagues across offices, regions, and practices.
- Financial Management: Manage regional financial results, ensuring effective use of resources and high-quality work products.
- Leadership and Management: Provide direct leadership, setting high standards of performance and professionalism, and developing junior staff.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry publications and forums, demonstrating thought leadership in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, renewable energy technology, or related discipline.
- Experience: Extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, with a track record of successful business origination and project delivery.
- Skills: Excellent business development and client service skills, with strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Certifications: Professional and/or industry certifications in renewable energy.
- Language: Proficiency in English (en-US).
