Nurse PD Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide education on peritoneal dialysis to patients and their care partners in a clinical setting.
- Manage the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.
- Apply your core nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans.
- Empower patients by teaching them to administer their own dialysis and take control of their health.
- Work independently while building deep relationships with patients, support systems, and care partners.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 9 months of RN experience.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence.
- Associate degree in nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
