About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Functional Lead to join our team and lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to support the Nutrien Ag Solutions Order to Cash business function.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions.
- Work with senior business leaders to facilitate business strategy with technology.
- Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Responsible for working with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements.
- May be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions.
- Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality.
- Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Order to Cash space.
- Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the O2C space.
- Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
- Proven leader that can build and lead a high-performing team.
- Hands-on functional experience working in SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, SD, GTS.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
- History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
- Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
- Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
- Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
- Outcome-driven.
