SAP Functional Lead

Nutrien is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Lead to join our team and lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to support our Schedule to Deliver business function.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect and will be responsible for working with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology. They will develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals and will be accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior lead role. They will have hands-on functional experience working in SAP applications/modules such as S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, and LE, and will have a proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
We are looking for a strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders.
