Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Lead, Record to Report

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Lead, Record to Report to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions for the Record to Report business function.
  2. Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of business strategy, process, and needs.
  3. Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Work with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices.
  5. Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation.
  6. Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  7. Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Record to Report space through testing and quality assurance practices.
  8. Prioritize demand items in the R2R space.
  9. Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, planning, and execution.
  10. Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  2. Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals.
  3. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  4. Proven leader with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  5. Hands-on functional experience working in S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM & PP.
  6. Experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios.
  7. FSCM experience is a bonus.
  8. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
  9. History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  10. Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
  11. Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  12. Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a dynamic environment.
  13. Exceptional communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  14. Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders.
  15. Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
