Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PIZZA HUT. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and maintain a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
