Job Title: Construction Project Manager

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate subcontractors' activities, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, construction schedules, and milestones.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
