About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to manage the full cycle recruitment process and onboarding for our growing law firm. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for employee relations, formalizing performance management, handling general HR inquiries, and payroll for over 50 employees.
You will also maintain accurate employee HR records and documents in our HRIS system, as well as perform ad-hoc HR duties as required.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need 4-5 years of experience in a standalone HR role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment.
