Job Summary

Condor Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Luxury Condo Concierge Security Specialist to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of our security team, you will provide exceptional service to residents and their guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 'hotel-style' front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain a professional reputation through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld, and provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Standard First Aid and Level 'C' CPR certification is an asset
  • Other industry-recognized certifications or experience is an asset
