Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Luxury Condo Concierge Security Guard to join our team at Condor Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hotel-style front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain a professional reputation through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld
  • Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional service
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a security or hospitality environment
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple situations simultaneously
