Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to join our team at JAI BABARI FOODS LTD. (BASHA DONAIR & SHAWARMA). In this role, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and managing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cooking and Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer expectations.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of cooks, ensure proper training and development, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Implement and maintain strict food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining storage, and reducing waste.
Requirements:
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong cooking skills, ability to lead and manage teams, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
