Brunel GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our team. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our mobilization tracker through data uploads and month-end reconciliation. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

About the Role
As an HR Data Analyst, you will support process documentation on a variety of HR processes, both for internal HR use and to support the business. You will provide HR documentation such as direct hires with employment verification letters when required. The successful candidate will demonstrate high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workforce planning data integrity by uploading data to our HRIS system
- Understand and adhere to established levels of data protection, equal opportunities, direct competitor, anti-trust, and anti-bribery guidelines
- Ensure data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness
- Clean data to eliminate errors and create meaningful analyses
- Analyze data using Excel and Power BI

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR data analysis and strong analytical skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
