HR Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our mobilization tracker. This involves uploading data and conducting month-end reconciliation to ensure the integrity of our records.
Key Responsibilities:- Support process documentation for various HR processes, both for internal use and to support the business.
- Provide accurate and timely HR documentation, including direct hire verification letters when required.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all aspects of your work.
- Facilitate workforce planning by ensuring data integrity through uploads to our HRIS system.
- Understand and adhere to established guidelines for data protection, equal opportunities, anti-trust, and anti-bribery practices.
- Conduct regular audits, review reports, and analyze data for accuracy and completeness to ensure data integrity.
- Clean and refine data to eliminate errors and create meaningful analyses.
- Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and insights.
- Present findings to HR Business partners and broader HR team members.
- Support the broader HR team as needed, with opportunities for growth and development based on strategic priorities.
