Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at YUZU BOWL AND KITCHEN LTD. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, preparing and serving food, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Prepare and serve food, including portioning and wrapping food items
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards with food and supplies
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Assist with receiving and storing supplies, including cleaning products and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
