About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Green Mobile. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are properly displayed.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
