We are seeking a highly skilled manager to lead our data center program in alignment with business needs and IT infrastructure strategy. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of three teams, ensuring they are functioning effectively and meeting the company's operational and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and Data Center Operations, with experience in managing multiple teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, setting deadlines, estimating resource requirements, organizing, and allocating talent.

The manager will also lead the team responsible for installing, managing, and supporting equipment in our data centers and server rooms, ensuring that our data centers are optimized, energy efficient, and highly available. They will also lead our disaster recovery practice and evolve the program to support the IT infrastructure strategy.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. They will also have experience with cloud technologies and hybrid cloud environments, as well as strong understanding of human resource management principles.
