Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at the Centre d'hébergement et de soins de longue durée Côté-Jardins inc.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Nurse at our facility, you will be responsible for evaluating the physical and mental condition of residents, exercising necessary supervision to ensure their safety and quality of care, and making decisions regarding nursing care and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the physical and mental condition of residents;
  • Exercise the necessary supervision to ensure the safety and quality of care for residents;
  • Make decisions regarding nursing care and treatment or according to a collective prescription;
  • Create and maintain interactions between the family and the resident in order to encourage their involvement in decision-making;
  • Ensure follow-up of information;
  • Exercise the role of coach with members of the care team (ensure the quality of care, exercise clinical leadership, act as a resource person, encourage the motivation of the employees under your responsibility and support them need, both on a personal and professional level).

Requirements:

  • OIIQ permit;
  • Completed diploma in nursing (technical DEC or BAC);
