Job Title: Registered Nurse NICU

Magnus HRS is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (French/English) language skills.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Canada.
  • At least one year of Medsurg Canadian nursing experience.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Current NRP & FHS certificates.
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Current TB test
