About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse/Nursing Assistant to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating and adjusting therapeutic nursing plans for residents requiring special clinical care
  • Create and maintain meticulous notes in the residents' dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
  • Ensure good communication and medical follow-ups with vested parties
  • Provide a range of nursing care and treatments to maintain and restore residents' health and prevent illness
  • Respond to all emergency situations and report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse

Requirements:

  • Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance, nursing
  • A minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
  • Member of OIIAQ
