About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage inventory of HVAC equipment and materials, including loading and unloading of equipment and scanning and entering serialized equipment into our system.
  • Stage HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our installation crews.
  • Document and report on stock quantities to prevent any stoppage of work due to inadequate equipment inventory.
  • Make deliveries as required by our installation crews, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials at job sites as required.
  • Assist installation crews with daily truck inspections and ensure regular maintenance is performed on our vehicles.
  • Collaborate with our installation, sales, and workforce planning departments to ensure smooth and accurate flow of installation information, model and serial numbers, and other documentation required for accurate customer history files.
  • Perform refurbishing of water heaters and removal of newer components on scrapped heaters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • A growth mindset, with a focus on dependability, ambition, and a desire to grow with our company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer skills, including scanning, email, and data collection.
  • The ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with assistance as needed.
  • A valid Class G driver's license.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • The ability to work in all areas assigned, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A forklift license or experience is an asset.
