About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage inventory of HVAC equipment and materials, including loading and unloading of equipment and scanning and entering serialized equipment into our system.
  • Stage HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our installation crews.
  • Document and report on stock quantities to prevent any stoppage of work due to inadequate equipment inventory.
  • Make deliveries as required by our installation crews, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials at job sites as required.
  • Assist installation crews with daily truck inspections and ensure regular maintenance is performed on our vehicles.
  • Work closely with our installation, sales, and workforce planning departments to ensure smooth and accurate flow of installation information, model and serial numbers, and other documentation required for accurate customer history files.
  • Refurbish water heaters and remove newer components from scrapped heaters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Computer skills, including scanning, email, and data collection.
  • Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. (and greater with assistance).
  • Must have a valid Class G driver's license.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work in all areas assigned.
  • Forklift license or experience an asset.
