Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, send and receive messages, and provide customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and schedule office work, and locate and remove files requested.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
