The Graphic Designer role at AlgaeCal is an exceptional opportunity to elevate your career in a dynamic and mission-driven environment. With a starting salary of $60,000 and up to $70,000 based on experience, this position offers a competitive compensation package.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that drives sales and engages our audience. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering outstanding design solutions using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital marketing
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive sales
  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field
  • Strong marketing savvy, including knowledge of current trends, techniques, and ideas
  • Data-driven approach to design, with a focus on metrics and measurable results
  • Expertise in design and development tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience working in a digital marketing environment and e-commerce expertise
