Job Title: Visual Creative Lead - Graphic Design and Storytelling


About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Lead to join our team at Mirloo Music Ltd. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position that requires exceptional graphic design and illustration skills, as well as strong communication and project management abilities.



Responsibilities:



  • Create visually stunning graphics and illustrations for various projects, including electronic productions, multimedia, interactive digital products, and television advertising and productions.



  • Develop storyboards and consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations that meet their communications needs.



  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment to co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.



  • Assist in developing the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.



  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.



  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers and prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements.



  • Utilize existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides, and copywriting skills to create engaging content.



  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring proficiency in software such as Adobe Suite, InDesign, and After Effects.





Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and illustration, preferably in a related industry.



  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.



  • Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create engaging content.



  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing graphic design and illustration skills.
