Seasonal Operations Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Operations Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Support Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, and receive and process incoming store merchandise.
- Visual Merchandising: Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing and stimulating store environment that showcases our products in the best possible light.
- Customer Engagement: Create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages customers to explore our store and engage with our products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to leverage this knowledge to tell compelling stories and connect with customers on a personal level.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and coaching to continuously improve your skills and performance, and contribute to the development of your colleagues.
- Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is an asset, but not required.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
- Customer Focus: Show a demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time and lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
- Language: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
