Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Solution Control Systems Inc.

About the Role

This permanent position involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, coordinating information flow within the team, evaluating daily operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Event Coordination
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Team Communication
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Daily Operations Evaluation
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative tasks and activities.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform various administrative tasks, including opening and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Technology Proficiency
    • Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
