About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Nex Globe Technologies LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our trade, broadcasting, and other services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the division, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions to promote the company's interests.
  • Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to foster a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
