Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit technical documents, including proposals, instructor guides, and customer publications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in our content.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to interpret complex engineering documents and convey information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize various documentation software, including Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Word, to produce high-quality PDF output.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, including ATA and S1000D, to ensure our content meets the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, communications, or English language, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in the aviation/aerospace domain.
  • Strong knowledge of publications software and experience in producing high-quality technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
