Overview:

Charter Telecom, an award-winning IT infrastructure solution provider, seeks a seasoned Wireless Network Lead to drive large-scale wireless projects. With 8+ years of experience in enterprise environments, you will leverage your expertise in Cisco Wireless, Meraki, and Aruba networks to manage network engineers and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex wireless networks
  • Mentor and manage a team of network engineers to ensure project success
  • Conduct site surveys and utilize tools like Ekahau to optimize network performance
  • Monitor, identify, and resolve wireless network issues
  • Develop and implement wireless security protocols and best practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting wireless networks
  • 4+ years of technical leadership experience managing network engineers and large-scale projects
  • Hands-on experience with wireless site surveys and Ekahau tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Authorization to work in Canada required

Compensation and Benefits:
