Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Practicum Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating practicum placements, developing new partnerships with healthcare providers, and managing practicum documentation.
Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate Practicum Placements: Work closely with students and clinical partners to schedule and confirm placements in a timely manner.
- Develop New Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and practicum hosts, ensuring a wide variety of placement options for students.
- Manage Practicum Documentation: Ensure all practicum documents are completed accurately and saved in students' files for compliance.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a student services environment or within educational institutions, with a focus on scheduling, coordination, administration and student support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with students, faculty, and external partners.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
