Senior Manager Pension and Benefits Delivery, GHR

In this role, you will lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout your team to deepen internal client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Pension and Benefits COE, Legal, and all other business lines on the delivery of pension and benefits.
- Promotion and delivery of the Canadian Benefits Plan, Absence Management, and wellbeing programs.
- Oversight and management of retirement and savings plan employee communications.
- Managing vendor relationships for the Canadian and US Pension Plans.
- Managing and coaching a specialized team to identify and drive quality service and continuous process improvement in the administration of the Bank's benefits plan, absence management, retirement, and savings plans.
- Providing technical subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and advice to internal stakeholders in the delivery of the Bank's retirement programs.
- Managing the US annual audits completed by KPMG, along with the production of the audited financial statements and filing of the Form 5500's.
- Supporting the Bank's M&A activities by acting as a benefits, retirement, and savings SME and coordinating onboarding/exits of employees into the applicable plans.
