Holistic Life Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Holistic Life Enhancement Support Facilitator to join our team at InclusiveTherapists. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating mental and emotional well-being for individuals and organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate mental and emotional well-being through non-clinical methods, including talk therapy, poetry and life story writing, video and podcast creation, and art or verbal arts expression.
- Provide centered client support and critically apply and adapt the Humanity Principle to all work.
- Advocate for disability justice and provide consultations on advocacy project partnerships.
- Seek grants to support initiatives and network to develop networking support methods.
- Offer free consultations and customizable workshops and presentations.
- Integrate practical solutions to address accessibility, service provision, and organizational challenges.
- Support individual goals of wheelchair users aged 18 and older.
- Develop and deliver custom fee-for-service groups and workshops.
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's and master's degree in social work and relevant lived experience. You should be a wheelchair user with a passion for disability justice advocacy and a commitment to applying the Humanity Principle in all areas of work.
Please note that this role is focused on supporting individuals and organizations in Ontario, Canada.
